The practice is conveniently located in Northern Summit County surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 20 minutes from Cleveland and 10 minutes from Akron.

Requirements:
- Must be a nurse practitioner licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner within the state of Ohio
