Dr. Kast graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, and completed his internship and residency at Western Reserve Hospital. Dr. Kast’s professional memberships include the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, Ohio Osteopathic Association, National Psoriasis Foundation and Ohio Dermatological Association.
