Unity Health Network Family Medicine continues to expand with the addition of Kristen Yaeger, DNP, APRN, FNP-C.
Kristen Yaeger, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio Northern University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and International Honor Society of Nursing – Sigma Theta Tau.
She is now serving patients in Tallmadge at 116 East Avenue, Suite 3, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278 and Kent at 307 W. Main Street, Suite B, Kent, Ohio 44240. For more information call (330) 633-7782.
