Unity Health Network Named 2021 NorthCoast 99 Award Winner

Unity Health Network was recently recognized by ERC as one of 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent for the sixth year in a row. In addition, the organization received the Award of Excellence for HealthCare and Social Assistance, a special recognition for being a top scorer compared to all winners within the HealthCare and Social Assistance category.
NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program and event in its 23rd year that honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent.
NorthCoast 99 winners participated in a rigorous application process requiring specific information on how the organization addresses top-performer attraction, development and retention in several areas: organizational strategy, policies and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity and inclusion.
